v0.9.7: Fixes and polishing

Update to version: 0.9.7

Improvements:

• The host can now hide the answer acceptance panel and reread the question again during a player's response.
• The host can remove the delayed answer protection when accepting an answer from a player if deemed necessary.
• A new demo pack with "What? Where? When?" questions has been added.
• The text field in the answer submission window for the final round gains focus when the window is opened, and the cursor moves to the end of the text, waiting for your brilliant answers.
• Uniform button panel at the bottom of the windows in the auction, risk-free question, and "cat in the bag". Similar to other windows.
• Minor update to the game result window design with statistics.
• New sound effects added during the auction.
• Clicking on the game version text on the start screen now redirects to the game distribution service.

Fixes:

• Fixed an error where the delayed answer protection window did not appear on simple text questions.
• Fixed a bug where control panel buttons, that should not be there, were visible during an auction.
• The action status style of players in the final round and auction is now the same.
• Fixed an error in playing audio files in the editor when file names contain the "+" symbol.
• Layout adjustments in the risk-free question window.
